I stayed with my family over a weekend and it’s such a lovely and beautiful place. Jayne is such a lovely host who runs the B&B side as well as works in her family farm. They were all (including Bill) so warm and welcoming to us. Jen would do everything to make you feel at home, recommend good local places to eat and drink. We felt like we had gone to visit a relative/family friend etc. if you are interested you can also experience the working farm, we saw how the cows get milked,fed etc. the breakfast was great and the rooms are also great. I highly recommend if you want a true relaxed and country side holiday, this is such an amazing place to visit. If we ever go back to the Peak District, will always stay here again. Thanks Jayne for being such an amazing host.

We had such a great time in Ferndale farm. Jayne and her family are so lovely. We were made so welcome there. They were also kind enough to show us around their dairy farm and showed us the process of milking their cows. Such an incredible experience with very warm and lovely hosts! Breakfast was delicious and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking around Buxton and Bakewell. We will definitely be booking again to stay there. Thank you Jayne and family once again for making our stay so wonderful.

We cannot recommend a stay on this lovely farm highly enough! The location is beautiful - the farm nestles in its own little dale, and is surrounded with stunning scenery . Jayne cannot make you feel more welcome ! Our room was comfy, spotlessly clean and had gorgeous views out over the farm and to the pretty hills beyond. It was magical to see the cows gathering and wondering down off the hillside into the farm to be milked. The breakfasts were absolutely magnificent - Jayne offers a great menu choice of top quality ingredients, so everyone receives their own tailor made meal. We absolutely loved our stay here, and will definitely be back !

Myself and 2 friends stayed here for the weekend and had a fantastic time. Jayne and her family are wonderful people. The farmhouse was absolutely spotless. The rooms were so clean and warm.
Breakfast was excellent and the scenery was out of this world.
I'm so looking forward to staying again in May 2024.

Such a lovely farm,beautiful countryside and much more. Jayne and her family have created high quality & clean room with an excellent view.
Lovely farm with lots of cows,
We can see lots of sheep's horse's duck's around. Beautiful place to stay.walking in the locality is breath taking.
Jayne provided brochure for local hikes and sight seeing areas,pubs and restaurants.
Quiet far from Buxton but worth to stay.
We enjoyed evening walks from farm.
Perfect place to enjoy the peak district views.
There were plenty of supplies (milk,fruits,tea,coffee,cookies) Breakfast was too good.
Probably this was one of the best place we have ever stayed.

Fernydale Farm is the ideal location for a few nights to stay in the Peak District. We had a lovely clean room with an en-suite and very comfy bed. The room had super views across the farm to the surrounding peaks and beyond. The breakfast was lovely, everything was plentiful, of great quality and very well cooked, Yasmin is very welcoming host, helpful and making you feel valued. A great place to stay.

We had the best 3 night stay here. Myself, my husband and 10 year old son were made to feel so welcome by yasmin and her family/farm staff. We felt like we were staying with family. We stayed in the family room which was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. We could use the dining room and conservatory and garden too. My son loved playing on the swing in the garden whilst looking at the views, and stroking the rabbits, guinie pig and cows. ||We were able to meet and feed the cows and calfs that were born during our first night and my son loved it. Breakfast was delicious I am lactose abd gluten free and Yasmin catered for this which is brilliant. Thank you, We will be back
