I also go to Roxy for waxing and she’s brilliant always makes me feel at ease. I have had facials by her and always been very happy with the results, I trust her fully for any treatment.

I previously had my lips done at a different place. 2ml for my first time. My lips were split open for over 2 weeks and resulted in a bleeding cold sore. There was no questionnaire beforehand or any aftercare.
Looking at reviews for my second time, I chose Roxy Oprescu. I filled out multiple forms about allergies, meds and risks. I was put on preventative treatment for cold sores and allergies. I was talked through the procedure and told the amount of filler I'd requested was best built up slowly. I was taught about cap refills and taught to massage the lips daily. I learnt about the hydration and aftercare. The clinic requested videos and photos taken for a few days after the filler, to make sure everything was progressing nicely. Roxy is amazing at what she does. I absolutely love my lips. There has been no splitting or cold sore. I will definitely be using this clinic for my top ups from now on. 5* for the whole experience ☺️

Roxy is always so welcoming, warm and professional. She is always so chatty and makes you feel like you’ve known her for years which makes the experience much more comfortable. I am always so delighted with the results of my wax as Roxy is so attentive and has a fine eye for detail and care. She has had lots of experience and knowledge which puts me at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone for waxing any any other treatments!

Roxy has now done my lashes 3 times. I've got to say they are fantastic I love them! They are so comfortable i can't even feel they are there & so & long lasting. Roxy spends a long time applying them...2 hours, but makes you feel comfortable through the whole experience. I have had lashes done in other salons a few times in the past. They were not a patch on these. The oast ones didn't look as good, didn't last & were scratchy uncomfortable & I couldn't wait to get them out. I went to Cyprus in July & swam in the sea/pool every day, my lashes were amazing & lasted my whole holiday & for a few mire weeks when I came back! I would highly recommend Roxy ,you will not be disappointed ☺️

Roxy has been doing my lash extensions since February and I cannot praise her enough… the quality of the lashes is out of this world, Roxy is very welcoming and has always made me feel comfortable, so much so, I often fall asleep whilst having my lashes done! The aftercare advice is given and it’s important to do as Roxy says, look after your lashes… because they really do last! I get mine done every 3 weeks & they make me feel confident with or without make up! Roxy has also done my lip and brow waxing - once again, she is exceptional and extremely thorough. You won’t find anyone better in the beauty industry…. I’ve sampled most of them and Roxy comes up on top!!

I’ve been going to Roxy for many years now and have had a variety of treatments.

I have regular waxing, eyebrow shape, tint, eyelash tint etc and I’ve also had several facial treatments (chemical peel and hydration facial). I’m booked in for a deluxe facial soon that I’m looking forward to!

Roxy is extremely professional, as well as personable and friendly. Roxy puts you at ease, making you feel comfortable and relaxed.

I also like the fact that she is punctual so it’s very rare that you have to wait. The location is good with plenty of local parking.

I would highly recommend Roxy to anyone.
