I have had a wonderful experience at this GP practice. My health concerns are always taken seriously, and I feel genuinely heard during my appointments.

Dr. James and Dr. Hussain stand out as exceptional physicians; they are incredibly caring, thorough in their examinations, and insightful in their approach to diagnosis and treatment. Their attention to detail and willingness to address all my questions gives me great confidence in my care.

However, there is one aspect that could use improvement: occasionally, the reception staff can come across as unfriendly, which can be off-putting. Overall, it's a great practice, but a little more warmth from the front desk would enhance the experience even further.

My wife recently joined the practice and today she brought our 7 week year old baby, the service from the woman the the snob on reception was utterly disgusting I hope she is ashamed of herself.

I have been with another medical centre for most of my life and changed to Church Lane when I moved somewhere nearby.
I’ve honestly had fantastic experiences there myself! Having been around 4 times recently for various reasons I have been dealt with kindly and efficiently.
I will name Molly and Lily as brilliant members of staff whom have made me feel welcome and have attended to my needs swiftly and confidently, I used to have a worry for calling the doctors as you half expect to be treat as though you’re an issue (old medical centre mainly, of course) but the two ladies have made me feel very comfortable and have provided a pleasant experience on all occasions, when either answer the phone I know I’ll be taken care of to the best of their abilities and although you’d never be particular overjoyed about going to a medical centre I rest easier when I know I’ll be contacting them as they have been respectful, and having said so to them they’re surprised, which shows humility, a great quality for those who work with ‘customers’ I suppose you might say. Commendable service every time!

Last time I saw a doctor she told me .Next time your back goes into spasm come and see me straight away ...the spasm lasts 6/8 days .this explained to receptionist I got offered an appointment 5 weeks away .
If you call on the day all of the appointments have gone in the first 10 minutes..there are only two ladies on the phones which equates to 8 appointments available per day .......?

First time visiting the practice today - Booking the appointment I had was easy. Receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very friendly, the nurse I have seen is the kindest lady who was also so friendly and reassuring. Lovely team x
