At the time, every single item was going for £1.50. Items ranging from casual outfits to jackets, joggers, skirts, dresses, shoes, accessories, scarves, and many more. There are changing rooms to try them on as well. Attendants are so warm and welcoming.

Very bad. In the receipt is says i can change the item in any traid and they told me to go to the one where i bought it!!!! not helpful people. And when I called shepherds bush one they said it was fine even though the TAG WAS NOT ATTACHED to the clothing.!!! As they were very surprised for what your branch said. Never again.

Traid - I think you need to rethink your hiring…..Why is the blonde woman who works here so horribly abrasive and rude? She snapped at me going into a changing room for for absolutely no reason. There’s no sign saying you need to speak to the staff before you try an item on. And why these inflated prices? I’ve been shopping here since I was 15….. it used to be such a brilliant place but I won’t be coming back.

Today I had the worst service experience in London in all these years. I've been shopping at this charity shop for a while now, even though it's a charity shop it has relatively expensive prices compared to other charity shops, but until then for me it was worth it because of the location of the shop and the quality of the items. But today, when I got to the first question I asked the blonde salesman with blue eyes, about the size of a shoe, he didn't even look up to answer me rudely that I should look for the shoe. Until at the time of payment, the machine ran out of paper, even after I had swiped the card twice, one of them typing a password, the seller insisted on saying that he had not cashed it. That's when I checked my bank and saw that I had cashed it. The seller then started saying that he would have to prove that I paid, I was showing the discount in the bank application and even so he continued his little case. For 03 times he made a point of
correct my english, man what is the need for that?! If you want to correct others, become a teacher, a teacher's job is very beautiful. if he came to me
correct I assume he
understood, and that's what I actually said to him. I really got excited because I never felt so humiliated in all of London as I did on this afternoon of July 14th. Summary of the work I could have paid in cash, since it was a low price, but the negligence and arrogance of the seller made me leave this "charity" with the promise of never coming back. I managed to check with the bank and had my money refunded. And in the end one less customer as I see it
in the comments here!

Presentable, clean, tidy store. But this is a charity shop! Prices are absurd, a lot of the clothes in this shop are priced at the price of a brand new item or way over their value. The store profoundly advertises their principle of reducing waste, yet I can't imagine their stock moves quickly with such unaffordable prices, which is evident in their overload of stock. I understand their trying to raise as much money as possible for charity, but surely they'd be more successful setting affordable prices and shifting their stock quicker. Management are also quite aggressive and abrupt, not the nicest customer service I've received for sure. Always a shame to visit a shop which doesn't reflect the values they encourage and advertise
