Sophie runs the best classes, I’m a regular at the Sweat & Glow Dance Cardio class, and I attended my first Move with Mama class this week too! 🙌

Both are absolutely fantastic, Sophie has created a real community of women and mothers, ensuring everyone is welcomed, included, and leave feeling lighter and happier ❤️🥰

My first ever S&G move with mama experience and honestly it was so much fun! Sophie is just a dream and such a beautiful human inside and out, she makes the session so much fun! I'm far from a dancer but this class is all about letting your hair down and having fun! 0 judgement! I love that she also combines meditations in class! It was just lovely! I can't wait for the next class! X

I can’t tell you how much I love the sweat & glow club. As a women in my late twenties it’s so hard to find a safe place to make friends that isn’t in the workplace and s&g has filled that void. I’ve met so many wonderful people whilst feeling able to be my authetic self and mess up dance moves because everyone is in the same boat. Soph is so welcoming and will instantly make you feel at ease, if you’ve been debating whether to give it a try then please do, you wont regret it!
