Wow! I don’t think I’ve ever felt so deeply relaxed.
Mandy has a calming and sensitive approach whilst remaining completely professional. I had a 45-minute treatment during which I felt all tension melt away.
I immediately booked another session and left feeling completely recharged…

I liked the atmosphere of serenity and peace which was perfect for the reflexology experience. Mandy, as well as being an extremely professional and competent therapist, has a very reassuring and calming manner, making it impossible not to relax. The reflexology itself gently evoked various emotional reactions as well as being a deeply soothing experience.

Following the treatment I felt as if a huge weight of stress had been swept away. I have since also noticed a reassuring improvement in the joint pain that I have been struggling with. I shall definitely be booking further treatments.
