I’ve volunteered there briefly in 2019. I wish I could stay but unfortunately I couldn’t. I had a great experience. Alex is one of the kindest, gentle, amazing person I’ve ever met. He welcomed me, made me feel comfortable, explained everything very well, supported me. He deserves to be promoted because he’s an excellent human being.

Such an awful place, they don't help and such a waste of time. They don't even have basic knowledge of the whereabouts of refugees and asylum seekers. Besides that they will waste your time, treat you like garbage and have zero use.
