An amazing charity that supports people. I had a brilliant time there helping make a pathway from bits of wood and then had a lovely vegetarian lunch afterwards people either work on their own projects or chill out (mindfulness) and I am really looking forward to next week's session.

Taken on as falsely dumped out of NHS services.
I had a crisis the day before being in the woods, saw hospital A and E and mental health team, not only once but twice as easy Ipswich thought I should be seeing drs and MH team.at west Suffolk, so having been cleared at Ipswich drove to west Suffolk hospital, and saw had typical west Suffolk hospital triage etc before seeing MH.

Anyway at green light trust the following day I was accused of being under the influence , I wasn and the hospital tests can 100% prove it. Since providing that they said I shouldn't have attended as in crisis, I was also given an additional telling off the following week that I shouldn't have attended last week. I have no idea really what my crime was, and moving goalposts with reasons

I really needed these people as a ast resort

They wont allow you to take part in their courses and services unless you proclaim that men can be women and women can be men based on nothing more than how they feel.
Pretty wild! I explored this idea with a staff member and she said it would be completely acceptable and in fact a GOOD thing for me to turn up in black face if i 'felt' like i was black even thought im clearly not a black person. WHAT?

When I expressed my religious views in private to another member of staff i was told i was ' wrong to think that' and that ' i needed to rethink my faith in god'
Very strange, claim to be inclusive but when someone shares something fragile and precious in confidence they will shame you if it doesnt match their ideology

Great opportunity to get in touch with nature, gets me out of my house for a couple hours I have made many friends since starting greenlight trust courses I get on great with the staff always there to help make me feel better when having tough times its nice to be able to laugh again and feel included instead of feeling an outsider like I do with other courses outside of woodland minds. I have gained so much confidence and I love being at the woods its my kind of peace and freedom. I will miss it very much when I return to working life. I would recommend this to others. Its not for everyone but not everyone gives new things a chance, it wasn't my thing at first but I took a chance and I'm glad I did and love every second of it. Its unusual for me to give really great reviews but this is the first time I have really enjoyed doing something different and loving it and have gained so much from.
Really great organization

Brilliant My daughter has just joined this team and on her first day she came home covered in mud buzzing with how much fun she had here. She didn't want to leave. Which tells me all I need to know.
