reached out to them in August 2021, when I was still within my one year of entry, they interviewed me twice (by mistake) despite having filled out the online form. then it took months and no reply, I would call and wait for hours (no reply), in the rarest case scenario a reply. finally it took a year and its aug 2022, im beyond my one year entry and still nothing happened. in December 2022, almost 2023 someone reach out if still need help. Well, Thank you for making my asylum case harder and thank you for making wait for nothing.
