Tamara Kenney is an absolute blessing.. she's so nice and courteous and professional that I was blown away by her amount of assistance she was able to provide.. she was thorough knowledgeable and showed serious concern and compassion for my situation.. I would would would let her represent me all the way up to supreme Court if I could .. AAA Plus and five stars if I could give more I certainy would.. thank you Tamara so much..

In the summer of 2015. They told me that they will going to review my case to see if they could take my case or not. After about couple of weeks (1 month?), they told me and my dad that they will going to take my case at no cost at all after filling out there required paperwork. 6 months later (January 21,2016), they sent me a letter basically telling me that they are dropping my case. It took them another 6 months (after driving 500+ miles to their office and back) to mail me my file. They never did what they had agreed to do. They never help me out with my case. They did not showed up at my hearing. They did not help with the 2nd appeal. They have not so far to help me out with the final/3rd appeal. The S.S. disability case has been going on since 2014.

I ended up filing an complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General to try to get them to do there job.

They continue to deny legal help to a dear friend of mine under guardianship/conservator in Missouri who is now receiving 60 Electro Convulsive Therapy treatments per year.

They do not even go and visit the person who is in need of advocacy. I was able to do more for my mother than the advocate. Don’t waste your time trying to use this agency.
