Moved in just before the covid lockdown, the staff were friendly and understanding of my situation, took the time to get to know me, encourage and help me rebuild my confidence and independence, ultimately leading to me getting back on my feet. Lived in two of the properties with a variety of other tenants over the 2-3 years I was with LEAP (originally HATS). Massive shout-out to Shannon for the push towards meeting my partner in person - getting married next year!
