I booked a training room with VAI last March and I had an amazing experience. VAI is a walking distance from Kings Cross station.
The building is fully accessible and suitable for people with disabilities. The staff there are really friendly and professional. Many thanks to Meera and Justyna for their amazing help with everything.
I highly recommend booking training events here and I will definitely book again in the future.

Very happy to recommend this venue. We held an event in the conference room, which has a good amount of space and lovely big windows. Convenient from Kings Cross - only a few, straightforward minutes' walk - would be difficult to get lost! The support from the centre manager was absolutely brilliant - so flexible and happy to help. It made a massive difference to me in the run up to the event, and during the day. Sure we'll book again!

We've been using meeting rooms at Voluntary Action Islington for just over a year. They offer great value for money for a central London meeting venue - conveniently located a short walk from King's Cross Station. The booking process is straightforward, staff are always friendly and helpful, and offer flexibility when it comes to refreshments (they will provide or you can bring your own). Very much recommended.

We've had great experiences at VAI where we run our training courses. Meera is our contact and is extremely helpful and caters to our every need! The training room is great - light and airy and of a good size for our courses. We feel that we get fantastic value for money and have booked all our courses for 2023 there already. We hired VAI's conference room for our first ever hybrid conference. Their resource centre manager, Meera, was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process - from initial enquiries, to viewing the rooms, and a flexible booking form with add-ons available up until the day.

Their facilities for hybrid meetings are fantastic, especially the 360-owl camera, and the prices are very reasonable, especially for a small charity.

Alongside their conference room they have a second large training room (useful if you need a breakout or lunch area), as well as other smaller seminar rooms and private spaces for hire. Highly recommend booking a room at VAI for any type of meeting/seminar/conference!

Rented a meeting room for the afternoon here for a team meeting. Very convenient location for Kings X and friendly relaxed atmosphere. WiFi log-in process a bit clunky but IT support was good. Room was warm with no window but they did provide a fan which helped somewhat. All in all was good value and location so would use again.

I found this to be a great venue for attending training, in close walking distance of St Pancras and King's Cross stations and with a range of meeting rooms and excellent catering. The only down side was one room we were in had limited options about being either hot or cold rather than warm, but I would be pleased to attend training or meetings here again.

Lovely staff and easy booking system. Room was suitable and good value for money. The only thing that would improve the day would be if tea/coffee/biscuits were provided - even at a cost that would be preferable to having to go out and buy provisions.
