If I could have given a zero I would have. Total waste of time. Parents contact this service when they are in the greatest need for their children and they are totally useless. No communication at all unless you contact them. Advocate had my childs file for over a month with no communication or action despite numerous phone calls texts and emails. When contacted main office they could offer no help or another advocate. Advocates seem to be a law unto themselves. No clear chain of command or accountability.Waited 3 months while my child went through a living hell at school before my advocate made contact to say he no longer was working here. Phoned to make a complaint. Still waiting for a call back from the manager. This is from june!! They are listed as a non profit organisation which means charity funding. Funds are definitely being wasted with this company.Very strongly wouldn't recommend them
