A good down to earth community centre with its own kitchen garden. We’ve used its meeting rooms several times for all day events. Friendly helpful staff and the food is good too.

I love this place to eat, I work rather than live in the area so sadly cannot become a member. I eat here every week day as I work in Gee Street. 8 have made several new friends here! Hooray. Every London borough should have a 'St Luke's'. I truly think what it has to offer is fantastic. I am only sorry about the demise of the hens - will you be getting more?

On first impressions, it looks well run with many social activities available . We were there for a kids party and the venue worked very well. Clean toilets.

Very rude receptionist when asking to hire a room for the birthday party of my daughter who turns 5. The person I spoke to was the most rude person I ever spoke to on the phone since living in London for the last 13 years. When asking for more information as I am interested in different rooms, she repeatedly said I will send you the information in an email with a very rude tone such that I didn't dare to ask further questions. As she asked in a kind of threatening way whether I wanted to receive the information or not, she said 'Do you want to receive the email or not'.. I made clear that I don't have interest anymore in hiring a room at St Luke due to feeling very uncomfortable.

This Community Centre is a MUST for anyone who is feeling down or lonely... I went there for curiosity because I heard that it would lift my moods up to where they once were.

Not only has it done that, but it is more than just a communal building; the Canteen has food second to none, the Staff are warm and friendly, and you meet some interesting people there, who welcome all newcomers!

They have lots of things to occupy your're time, from Sewing Classes to Snooker! I would thoroughly recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to feel good after spending some time there.
