On Saturday, the 21st of October, we had an extraordinary encounter with a representative from the charity who deserves special recognition. We had a broken pressure cooker that we were about to discard, but this individual's resourcefulness and kindness turned the situation around. They not only saved a functional appliance from going to waste but also exemplified the charity's dedication to helping in any way possible.

Changing Lives Charity is a true embodiment of altruism, and the person who assisted us on that October day was a shining example of their remarkable team. Their impact resonates far beyond their immediate work, inspiring others to join their mission. We are deeply grateful for our experience with this charity and the chance to support such an exceptional cause.

Was slightly disappointed with the service. Glad to have bought what I did as they gave me an offer for the set, but only to find a discreet missing piece once delivered. I contacted them and they told me they knew about this piece prior so they offered to make a replacement piece and send it over (very naughty!)… I thought this was bad service to (1) not tell me prior (2) to make it so difficult to fix that I didn’t even bother and (3) to not just fix it before selling. Delivery was not very careful as it was just strapped in not protected and taken through my doors being bashed about. Product is functional though and we like the charity but when spending so much money, I expect better.

Bought two great pieces from here. Quick and helpful response via both email and Facebook message. On time delivery by two polite guys. Both cabinets in good condition as shown on website. Definitely recommend.
