We run a Helpline service at Womankind in Bristol that has worked for many years with the Helpline partnership. Our experience working with them to achieve our accreditation for our service has always been brilliant. In October 2022 we were once again reaccredited and experience a great service, with plenty of support and communication from the team who were always happy to answer any of our questions. The process itself is very beneficial to us and our Helpline service, ensuring we maintain a high quality of standard for all our service users. We would highly recommend other helplines to work with the Helpline Partnership.
