My wife and I have just spent some time in the Ronald McDonald accommodation while our daughter needed medical treatment at Bristol hospital, we were, and still are blown away with the help and support that accommodation gave us, our room was fresh, clean and comfortable and a pretty good size, it’s like a home from home, going through such a worrying time in our lives knowing we had a warm welcoming place to bed down at the end of the day was like having a weight lifted and one less stress to worry about, all the staff were so helpful and welcoming every time we arrived after a daunting day at hospital, we really couldn’t fault them, thank you for everything you guys did and keep up the good work.

Cannot imagine how good ppl are at this place and how nice it is. Cannot explain in words. Great service. Total respect. We were in such hard time with our grandsons surgery and were given accommodation here by NHS. I vow this charity.

I stayed here twice whilst my son was undergoing care for his heart condition in Bristol hospital for children. The first time they gave me a room the day after I arrived, I was so greatful! The second time they managed to find me a room very quickly too, both stays were lovely and so convenient. Very clean and the staff are lovely and so supportive. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me and continue to do for others!
