Treatment Centre for Cancer Patients, the staff are helpful and caring and do their best to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
Access to the building with a wheelchair is not easy and bordering on impossible when they park spare wheelchairs in the entrance.
Parking at the hospital is difficult at the best of times, finding a disabled space is incredibly hard, even more so with the ongoing construction work at the hospital.

We had problems with appointment times for my husband . They kept him waiting for hours instead of seeing him. The parking is terrible and not free unless you use the pad on the desk and put your registration no. In. The staff are friendly and helpful but they need to make sure they know which type of cancer the patient has. The treatment has improved after complaints put in so I'm hoping it carries on being good.
