First of all I would like to say I never do these types of reviews but I’ll be honest I feel like I have to with this company.

We arranged a collection from my grandfathers house, that we were clearing out last month. They gave us a collection time of 10-1pm. We waited at the property all day and when they called at 12:45 saying they would be an hour late. We continued to wait and eventually they turned up, no thank you for waiting etc. They collected the things and I asked them to take one more thing which they agreed to take. I looked out of the window and was baffled to see the van driving off up the road. Bearing in mind we were donating the items and they didn’t even have the decency to say thank you or anything. They just left with out even saying goodbye. They didn’t even collect the £8 delivery fee. I was absolutely disgusted with the way this “charitable scheme” treated us especially after waiting in all day! Won’t use again.

We were thrilled to purchase some furniture for our new house from the preloved selection and to have it delivered at a minimal cost was a bonus. Will be going again and will definitely recommend. What a great scheme with good quality items

You can find here anything from children table games to beds for people with disabilities.I recommend it to everyone. Last time demand of this shop is very high, maybe you should drop in several times to find what you want

Brilliant gem of a warehouse packed with all you need to furnish a home with a good range of styles and types of furniture
Very friendly manager, staff and resident dog. I would highly recommend them for choice, service, price and helpfulness. They even helped me load the trailer. Five star service.
