Overall experience was not good I would not recommend The Green Oak Foundation. I reached out to them for my teenage children. I reached out for a follow up and feedback to see how it went and if I needed to do anything to support my children and I heard nothing back and about a second appointment and again I heard nothing back. You're only as good your last job.......

I only went to three sessions altogether. The counsellor was very pleasa t and helped me to view issues from a different perspectuve. However, he woukd cancel or change appts at short notice which i found difficult. I did tell him after he had dine this for the third time. He even did it in response to one of his other clients needing to see him at short notice. He had a good understanding of many of the issues around rrelationship dynamics which i found very helpful.
The reason I have only given them 2 stars is because I was diagnosed with a brain tumour at the beginning of May 2018 and when I contacted him to ask for an emergency appt he told me he was not free. I told him there was something wrong with my brain and he did not budge, so I did not contact him again.
