After being letdown by several mobile mechanics we contacted AG Motors who listened to our situation and whom responded within two days by picking up our vehicle and dropping off a courtesy car , they ordered the materials necessary for our repairs and had our vehicle back to us within three days . I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Aaron and Richard and the whole team team for a fast friendly fair priced efficient service, I’d thoroughly recommend this company for all repairs for all vehicles and servicing. 5 stars from us thank you very much

I had a great experience with this garage. Initially, there was a leak that persisted even after they replaced the car light to stop it. However, once I reached out to the manager, he quickly addressed the issue, ensured the leak was fully fixed, and went above and beyond to solve my issue. He even provided a courtesy car! The leak issue was challenging to fix, but the team worked tirelessly and kept me updated daily on the progress.
AG himself brought my now leakproof car back, which was also cleaned inside out! It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares for its customers and delivers such excellent service. No words to describe how happy I am. Highly recommend!

Can't be thankful enough!!!!! Had a emergency problem that needed to be fixed ASAP as I use my truck for work. Problem was diagnosed. Part was order and fixed within 2 days!! Another garage had quoted me a week to do the work. Ever so grateful 🙏

Just under £1900 charged for clutch replacement, wheel bearing etc on Renault traffic.. less then 6 months later, same repair needed again as it was never carried out correctly in first place!… even a 10ml spanner was left on clutch bleed pipe ,in the engine upon inspection by another independent garage .. was returned to AG , they repaired it again! Within using the vehicle for first time after repair , a brake calliper bolt had not been put on the vehicle ( this could have been fatal) .. never will return!.. the only garage I know that removes its negative reviews! So this one will be removed for sure!

Took my Jaguar XJ to get an MOT. Charged me £2400 to have several suspension items done to pass the MOT. Picked up the car to experience a significant vibration while driving; zero vibrations prior the work. With such a vibration it was obvious they had not test driven my car after all the work. I immediately turned back and left the car with them for further investigation. Three weeks later, I was chasing to find out what’s going on (calls repeatedly not returned). I was told the tyres needed replacement. Regrettably, I went ahead and had 2 new tyres fitted at a cost of £420. The were 99.9% sure this would fix it. It didn’t. A week later, still scratching their heads, I was told I needed a new suspension parts. By this point I had lost faith in their ability. The new tyres were clearly a total waste of cash, and I retrieved the car. No refund, or offer of items at trade prices was forthcoming.

Subsequently took the car to a Jaguar specialist. Surprisingly, they discovered the wheel balancing was very poor, so they started from scratch removing all weights. Disappointingly, and rather surprisingly, they discovered a suspension item had been fitted incorrectly by AG Motors : left on the right, right on the left. Vibration fixed. Took 90 mins. They said the front shock might need replacing, but it’s ok for now. Laughably AG Motors told me how experienced they were with Jaguars…

As a result, I question the expertise at AJ Motors. Good mechanics are increasingly hard to find these days.

Seemed very expensive, and my Jag specialist choked on his coffee when he saw my AG Motors bill. My other quibble was they said they fitted OEM parts, but these weren’t according to the Jag specialist.

Very disappointed. They were dishonest regarding works needing to be done. I recently relocated to the area but have family in the industry and who know my car. The work they said needed to be done didn't and the cost they quoted was hundreds over the going rate. I won't be returning

AG motors went above and beyond they recovered our motor home and have put in a new enging and gearbox . They are extremely helpful and very professional 5 stars are not enough xxx.
