They cancelled my son’s party when we and the children were already on the way to their go karting centre, they said on the initial call they will refund the money. Then they refused a refund saying they will offer a voucher with extra 50% . Under no circumstances they accepted to return our money, neither offered something else to the children during the day! They don’t have an insurance to cover them for weather conditions and therefore they cover their expenses from customer’s pockets, by stating in their terms and conditions that they don’t offer refunds!
A month later we received a voucher with the same value we paid. Despite explaining that we are not a rich family and the deep disappointment we experienced, they even wrote us an email about how they put a smile on the children’s faces and their families!
Utter disappointment and a deep feeling of being conned by a charity who supposed to understand families and challenges they face. The lady I spoke with over the phone was cold , careless, the last email from them them the same! That feeling that they have your money now, and it doesn’t matter anymore what you think or feel.

My family love all that absolutely together do.
We have been able to access things that we normally wouldn’t be able to do like go karting and bowling.
Today we have been swimming thanks to them.
Any issues or questions they are super fast to respond to and I can’t thank them enough for the smiles on my sons faces.

Can’t wait to do more with them. ❤️💙💙💙

This charity are amazing. They have provided wonderful activities and options all over our area and been so supportive of suggesting things to do and places to go. Without them we wouldn’t be able to do much, especially how hard it can be at mainstream places, as well as the cost. They have made memories my children will not forget and it is thanks to them that the children have had opportunities. They continue to provide things . Recommended to everyone. Thank you.

My 13 year old son has learning difficulties. This charity is amazing. He went swimming and bowling with his family in Aylesbury. Has enjoyed pantomime and go karting with his mum. All of these would have been impossible not that long ago, but these activities have given him so much confidence and helped his self esteem. Although apprehensive to begin he soon feels relaxed and really enjoys himself. The specially adapted go kart (paid for by absolutely together) at Aylesbury is brilliant ! Thank you

Recently had a birthday party for my teenage son at the go karting track in Aylesbury. They absolutely loved it! It was well organised, the guys kept a close eye on them so that there was no bumping or speeding. We will defiantly return.

One of the worst finance/customer service I have ever dealt with! Charging loyal clients what they shouldn't, not checking their system, not informing you of any changes in charges, they just take your money without letting you know and when you try to get it back they totally ignore you!!!

Thank you Raj for sorting it all out for me and I appreciate your help in this matter.
We discussed the issues which now have been resolved but in general as a company you should look into your customer service team and maybe increase the number of people you hire in that department.
