If you have any choice do not use this company, their customer service is beyond pathetic. I've currently 6 weeks of bin bags in my flat many of which have leaked and I'm in a wheelchair, I've constantly complained about other residents blocking bin access and the bin men are too lazy to collect if they don't have easy access. Most of the time they don't even reply to my emails.

Dreadful repair service !!! Had 3 x water leaks over the last 13 months from flat above.. still not been to clear mould and water damage from a year ago!! They never reply to calls or call back or keep to any promises they make. Seriously badly managed!. Avoid if you possibly can. And don't make excuses either!

Absolutely terrible housing association now since they took over caldmore housing the service has gone quite depressing.
My ceiling has had massive holes in for the last 4 months, bathroom joists are damaged so the toilet seat can't be screwed and secured.
Toilet taps are leaking and many many more things going wrong.

What a waste of time this housing association is been ringing them for the last 6hrs as my daughter has no heating or hot water and also has a 2yr old daughter still no luck so I've emailed them and still nothing what do they expect u to do she needs them out asap even the rooms are freezing cold how's my daughter and grandaughter supposed to get warm grrrrrr 🐒🤬🤬🤬🤬

If I could give a zero rating I would, I was a Caldmore tenant, a great little housing association. Now we are all under Accord it’s terrible, call centre staff who give out incorrect information and do not really care about tenants, housing officer who never returns calls, I have left three messages on three different occasions regarding three separate issues and housing officer not returned one of my calls.

Status heating, Accords gas contractor, are useless but as they have contract they do as they please, after all it’s only tax payers money. They don’t have a clue about my heating system. They tell tenants one thing and accord another thing, and tenants are caught in the middle.

When under Caldmore staff returned calls and repairs were carried out, under Accord its a different story, they hope if they leave it long enough, the tenants will get fed up and carry out the repairs themselves.

My advice if you are looking for housing try a smaller housing association, Accord is to big and its staff aren’t really that bothered about the tenants, as in organisations such as housing associations, local government, staff know they have a job for life regardless how incompetent they maybe.

Awful awful company.. after complaining about a gauging hole in my living room ceiling after a leak from the bathroom they still haven't come to.fix it..ignoring my constant emails.. I have kids ..and there's literally rocks falling from.the ceiling.

Can do a whole lot better, they dont care about welfare or wellbeing tenants !once they get the rent is all they really care about.i am a tenant for over 10yrs so i know.

Awful place run by awful people who could not care less. The only good reviews here are from there own staff which i didnt think was allowed ?
