apparently they do "better homes for better lives", really, they bodge job virtually everything they touch, or just don't bother turning up at all. e.g, they remove old appliances, fans, boilers etc, do they ever make good the surface. Like hell they do. My broken up path in front garden is below legal requirements, they sent someone to photograph it, then weeks later deny having ever been there. The canopy over the front door, isn't supported by the brickwork, if that collapses, it will land on the gas meter, probably followed by a big bang. They know about this, but surprisingly have done nothing. Even the tenants own safety is not considered by them. other jobs they were supposed to do, don't get done, deny any knowledge of it, and say they'll raise a new job for it, sorry you had 3 months to do it. Somehow a clever person managed to send a part req'd to the NW of England. I ask where it is, again surprisingly they have no knowledge of this. They really need to get their act together, next to useless !!!

This housing must be one of the worst company ever.. All they care about is getting paid there rent.. They don't have time for there tenants and just brush them off with a lot of waffle..They are not concerned are be bothered with a genuine
complaint..

Not great, they don’t really care about a genuine issue but rather about themselves, little bit of bully tactics get used by these and they usually give either half hearted or no replies to any complaints. I love my neighbourhood but no a fan of Acis.

I was charged 8 different times from when I hired the vehicle for one week. They charged me for a booking which was not collected as they called and said the vehicle is not available after the website saying it is and me having booked it. To put the icing on the cake, they further charged me another cancellation charge for the one where they don’t have a car also another charge purely because Avis felt like messing my week up and leaving me stranded. Having returned the vehicle I did not get my money back after numerous calls and emails not once has Avis contacted me. Instead they charged me another £8.86 for I have not a clue. So to all reading this, stay the hell away from Avis, unless u like being stung and being out of pocket.

Always pay my rent on time so never had anyone chasing me. Debbie has always been good to me and understanding. Anytime i need something its done within a week. Perslonally i think they're great.

Rent goes up every year and they don't do any repairs. We have waited 4 years for one repair but they are always sure your repairs and maintenance is paid on time.
