Elaine is amazing. I cannot thank her enough for her support since I started having counselling sessions with her. Being a late diagnosed autistic comes with challenges. Elaine has helped me realise that I am not broken, or a horrible person, my brain just works different to others. Also the fact that I am able to do sessions via video chat from home is great and I would struggle to find that elsewhere.

I would highly recommend the Action For Aspergers charity they have excellent facilities for visitors to their centre in Corby, they are also offering online support more recently.
