Great conservatory, beautifully placed can arrange parties etc there. Glass Windows & near shops so very convientant too!

Complete joke they opened the venue only 15 minutes before hand although they said it would be half hour minimum. Although we had already included our setting up time in payment however The cleaner/maintenance women was sent early suggesting that she managed the building we later found out she did not. Apparently she asked a younger guests numerous abrupt questions and argued with her before the party refusing to let her in to set up even though the young lady was along side the persons who rented out the property. She also suggested we pack up 1 hour before and waited outside the party entrance until our exact closing time with another elderly lady whom of which we did not know. A gentleman at the event also suggests he was asked be the cleaners who came to open and close the venue if he paid for the venue and what the card details were that were used. This is completely unprofessional as all card information was discussed PRIOR also he has stated he was not aware of the role of the women. Cameras should be able to verify certain actions and steps. Now although this was unprofessional and unnecessary of these two women, it is still not my main concern here.. what is an issue is Since the event Grace (management) has not answered the phone nor refunded £200 deposit I had spoken to her 1 month ago now and she told be she will call me back since then she has not answered the phone nor attempted to call me back very unprofessional. Didn’t get the time we aid for and we didn’t receive our deposit back despite grace saying after the even that we would. DO NOT BOOK.
