I recently took my son to ADHD foundation and from start to finish the staff was helpful and put me at ease, explained everything about the process and on the day Rachel was lovely with my 9 year old son and also put him at ease, reassuring him throughout the assessment. Thanks again for all your help and support.

Highly recommend here for private assessment. Staff were amazing when I took my son for his assessment and towards me for mine. Supportive, reassuring and great communication.

Unpleasant experience with someone who answered the call (I selected option 3). She lacked empathy and seemed to only want to direct me to the website. She could not advise me of anything herself, just repeated irrelevant information which I wasn't disputing in the first place and had understood. She claimed to have ADHD too but unfortunately seems to lack empathy for her fellow humans with ADHD (maybe she got the support she needed so thinks there is no reason to be anxious about speaking to someone about support and everyone should just look at the website and not waste her time by calling up). She seemed impatient and unwilling to actually help. I didn't even get to ask my second question (about therapy) as she was so unhelpful and didn't seem to want to listen to me at all so I gave up.
No empathy for those who might be feeling overwhelmed and she was rude enough to tell me that I could ask a friend to help me navigate around the website and have a look at it. Totally missed the point.

Excellent place to get a screen for ADHD using reliable Qb test, plus a thorou8gh interview with a qualified psychologist. They can even refer you for a full private diagnosis of ADHD. Absolutely worth speaking to Rachel there. She is a genius.

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and support offered by the staff of the ADHD foundation during a recent conference. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for ways to improve their family relationships with members with ASN.

This place is supposed to offer advice and support for people with ADHD.
Just a shame the staff are clueless about the subject and don't have a clue what the equalities act of 2010.
If you want to be lied too and discriminated against by all means call the ADHD Foundation.

Take it from a man that has Severe ADHD, these people are clueless.

If you do require any advice or support on the matter please feel free to either look me or search google for a specialists that diagnoses this disability. Not a charity claiming to now things.

This 'charity' offers no actual support for Adults with ADHD, they just offer expensive generic counselling which can be received from much better local charities that actual care, for free!

They led me to an ADHD diagnosis - I felt that they were thorough and delicate throughout the process. I’d recommend if you are looking for a diagnosis, too.
