Buyers beware! I recently made the mistake of ordering a set of IEMs from ADV Sound and it was a complete disaster. I strongly advise against buying from this company. It took an excruciatingly long time for my order to arrive, and even then, the product was of very poor quality. The depth of the mold was not set properly, resulting in the IEM sitting about half an inch farther out than it should have. I contacted ADV Sound to see if they could fix the issue, but they told me that there wasn't enough space in the mold to make adjustments, even though it was clear that there was too much material in it. So not only did I have a poorly made product, but the customer service was not helpful in resolving my issues. As a result, I lost $150 because of this purchase. I regret my purchase. If you're considering purchasing from this company, I strongly advise against it. You'll be taking a huge risk with your money and potentially receiving a poorly made product with no hope of support or customer service. Don't make the same mistake that I made.
