I believe the review that was left a year ago. I was recommended this place from someone who got a hotel room paid for from these guys. I tried working with them for 2 years. My first advocate was my poa with my landlord and agreed to help me move out and help pay the rent in my new place, then she ghosted me. It took me awhile because of medical complications but I reached back out and got assigned another advocate who could only offer me gift cards to get me to shelters hours away and told me they couldn't help me any other way. All of the shelters have wait lists and no space, so I would have been homeless with my children. I ended up making another appointment to speak with Crystal about needing help, I was pushed weeks and weeks out. She never called for the video meeting when the time came. She's always the one to respond to emails. This entire situation left me to get evicted from my house and am continuing the abuse in another state. Seeing this company advertised on all the local businesses and them doing fundraisers just feels like an absolute joke. The police even offer them as a resource... I hope no one ever has this experience. I wish someone truly advocated for me.

Advocate was chewing popcorn while talking to me not listening... I'm asking of ways to work without getting stalked she suggested I make a begging post on Facebook(I'm asking how to not be stalked mind you..)... when I leave a text message and asked if there's anybody else help me since she must be so busy to mix our appointment with her lunch appointment. She sends this message that might have been meant for a boss or it might be her passive-aggressive "Please I need your help how do I get rid of (my name )she's harassing me with this kind a text messages I called her at 11:30 just to listen to her and I was eating some popcorn and she got upset about that our phone conversation ".
also wanted me to sign paper at the very public library at the very public library. Three times I declared my name loudly three times .If you're being stalkd This place was not help other than gas money. Maybe a couple nights in a hotel.
