We came across Stephanie at a time when we were overwhelmed and frustrated with dealing with the Kaiser system for my father who had been diagnosed with brain cancer. Half the battle in getting information regarding care decisions is persistent and assertive follow up but between my sister and mom, we were at our wits end trying to get answers or necessary actions. In steps Stephanie who knows her way around the system and can take all of that on for you. She is compassionate, patient, thoughtful, organized and has great experience and advice. We literally do not know how we would have made it through our experience dealing with my father's care without Stephanie. I cannot recommend her enough.

My Dad was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer which came as a shock to us, and the amount of coordination required for his care was overwhelming. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable and comfortable with navigating the hospital and skilled nursing facility world. Stephanie has been a life savor as we have been going through my mom’s lung cancer diagnosis. My biggest concern was that I live in Southern California and my mom’s visits are at Stanford University so I’m not able to be there for all of them but I can count on Stephanie to take my mom and ask all of my questions and I get detailed notes on all of the content of the visits. She knows what questions to ask and helps take care of any future appointments, picking up lab results, assisting with making appointments and educating myself and my mom on what we can expect. She is very knowledgeable about the Stanford campus and comes prepared to all visits with a list of questions that we may not have thought of! She is my piece of mind so I can focus on my mom and she picks up on all of the details that we may have missed due to the emotional aspects of dealing with a cancer diagnosis . If you do not live close to your family having Stephanie on your team is a must!!!

When our mom was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma we immediately reached out to Stephanie for guidance.  Certainly, what I didn’t understand was everything that followed; managing all the appointments, the unfamiliar terminology, the challenges of navigating various types of physicians and the services they and their staff provide, hearing and understanding all her medications, all while trying to jot down and retain some fairly complex treatment programs, examinations and their content.  Stephanie was there for us through the entire treatment regimen and steadfastly documented much of what I may have missed otherwise.  Her support, compassion, empathy helped guide us through a very trying time.  We shared tears and at times very lengthy discussions around moms treatment and well being.  Equally important was the occasional laughter that we managed to share between the heaviness of circumstances, which helped defuse the weariness of moms chemotherapy infusions. We were blessed to have Stephanie with us! Mom and family will be forever grateful!

Stephanie was a godsend. I was at my wit's end trying to keep up with, understand and respond to multiple doctors and other healthcare professionals for my sister and I was getting nowhere fast. She stepped in and was immediately a calming force and made both me and my sister feel at ease. She sifted through months and months of records to put a plan in place, persistently contacted everyone involved in my sister's plan of care and left us feeling as if we had everything in order to proceed on our own. She's friendly, professional and always responded to our questions thoroughly and quickly. I wish I would've found her many months ago. Would highly recommend.

I found her initially on Yelp and I will tell anyone who needs help dealing with a loved one to utilize her services. She is organized, honest, and has an expert-level of understanding how to navigate the world of elder care. She can help support you by listening with medical professionals and take notes. This is so important at times because you will feel overwhelmed and most likely won't hear everything being explained. She will help you make sense of it all and give you a sense of support.
