I never heard of Standing Yoga before, but the few visits to the Roberts Park meeting place soon had me feeling health improvements and flexibility.
Friendly staff at the shops and good prices and range of items for sale.
Really looking forward to return of more standing yoga and walking with the knowledgeable leader.

Thay were brilliant thay saved me hundreds just by recommending one off there local joiners from bradford called James and a very well job done a credit to them would highly recommend especially if elderly you can feel safe in your home thanks to the great work thay founded on behalf off us who need there help a big thankyou
