I visited for advice on completing the Attendance Allowance claim form (the big one) on behalf of a relative with dementia. Heidi and the admin staff were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable, and so were VERY helpful. I could not have wished for more.

I did have a bad experience with one Woman whose Customer Service was appalling when I came here before. When she found out that she couldn't help me. She told me so then walked off without an explanation, an apology or a simple goodbye. This time the Staff was very friendly and helpful. Made sure that I was given what I needed and checked details more than once.! I don't know if it was different Staff or a Change in Customer Service Training. But it was a more pleasant experience than the last time I went. If you are of a certain age in Gloucester then either phone up for advice or even pay a visit if you would prefer to speak to someone face to face. Recommended.!
