Very helpful. Updated my Oyster card when it failed before the owing date. I can offer visits to other exhibitions & events to a few people where suitable, especially to 60s & over. Ready for any situation currently happening with suitable staff grouping for protection.
At least listened to my current situation in case of help. Hope I can do more if necessary in a way which meets my ability currently.
