I have difficulty trimming my nails etc, my Macmillan nurse recommended "Happy Feet" to me, I booked an appointment and WOW what a difference it has made to me......thank you.

But they use a useless solicitor company for their wills and LPA advice.

The 30 min half hour discussion on Wills and Power of attorney
Was a complete waste if time.
Her dress code was inappropriate.
She was condescending and rude
She made a point of saying how much older she was than she looked.
She made sure we knew she was the owner of the business.
And best of all how she should have been on TV on the Martin Lewis show.
Wow talk about full of herself.
And when she finally stopped wittering on for nearly 20 minutes I actually asked her to stop talking whilst we asked her some advice to which she replied
" I'm here to advise your mother.. not you."
As I'm the one being named on the LPA I definitely do have the right to ask advice on it.
I apologised to my mum and said she should continue with the meeting without me and I waited outside.
When my mum finally came outside and sat in the car I asked if she was any clearer on an LPA or Will.
She said " no not really"
This ladies whole agenda seemed to be about getting her side across no matter what and not listening to our worries concerns. I'd advice age concern to consider using another company.
Oh and her dress code was more for a night out than business.

Nothing but praise for this charity, helped my mom and dad who needed to know what they could claim as they were both struggling at home. The help they got was magic. The staff took the stress away and explained everything to them and helped with the forms too. Excellent service
