Helped me first time, wrote a good review for me asked me to approve it then have ditched me and left me hanging in a HA property that’s not suitable for me and has severe disrepair issues and won’t support me again to move even though I have no family and no support network and have been the victim of hate crime stalking and harassment in my property. Made a new referral and they declined it for no reason. They were helpful the first time but clearly were impatient of me slightly and now they fully want nothing to do with me. So much for a so called support service really, all I want is guidance with the application process and the council because I don’t understand anything.

Very very bad service. The manager accused my fiance of domestically abusing me when he's not. Judged me because I have autism then said I have dyspraxia. Lied to me and when I asked to make a complaint put me on mute via WhatsApp. It wasn't until I said that I have contacted the director of services then she apologized. Bullying customers isn't a greate way to get services.

A great organization for any member of the LGBT+ youth! AKt helped me a great deal. I strongly recommend anyone who is at risk of being homeless due to any hostility or other situations at home and is LGBT+ I recommend getting in contact with AKT! they have some wonderful employees that helped me and some of my new friends A lot. THANK
