Generally dismissive and often felt an inconvenience - not sure they fully understand that as a taxpayer I am entitled to be seen and discuss whatever issues I wish to. A better triaging system when booking may help this rather than making the patient feeling uncomfortable for wanting to ask about things. Also had to wait 25 mins without apology. Must do better Dr Uppal.

Contacted the practice and asked if my wife and myself could register. Was told my postcode was just on the cusp but they would accept us.
Drove over collected the forms and duly completed all the personal information, returned the next day and seemed all as good.
Returned to work had a phone message to contact the surgery.
I called back to be told we cant accept you as your out of area.
What an absolute farce case of right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing
Very disappointed in service and concerned about the personal information they have.
I was told it was the administrator and head of practice who made the decision, I asked them to overide as we need a doctor because we are in our 70's but it was a no.
Really glad on this performance they did not accept us.

Extremely disappointing experience. My 3 year old daughter had a head injury that was bleeding significantly. When my partner and I took her to the medical practice, the receptionist said there was no one available to see us. She said all the doctors were in meetings and told us to fill out a form and come back 4 hours later and “maybe” someone could see us.

We found her to be very cold and rude, showing no compassion towards us. We decided to go to a medical practice in Bridgnorth and were seen straight away. They were horrified when they heard she had been refused a quick inspection at Albrighton surgery. For a 3-year-old to be refused a checkup after a head injury is unacceptable.

Every recent experience I’ve had has been faultless. The government mussel thingy needs the bin but everything else has been superb. Thank you to all involved with this doctors surgery it very much appreciated, keep up the excellent work.

We think Albrighton Medical Practice is excellent. The app for ordering prescriptions, booking appointments and checking tests results works well. Throughout the Covid pandemic my partner and I have been able to have face to face appointments when needed and had routine tests/screening offered on time. All the staff are always amazingly helpful. Prescriptions are dispensed promptly, Drs follow up on any test result where necessary. We really cannot fault them in any way.

Amazing holistic empathetic care, we are so lucky to have Albrighton as our gp practice. We have had to use them a few times over the past year and everytime we get a call back the same day and a physical review the next day if necessary. Highly recommend and hope the staff know how appreciated they are x

This is not the first time ive had dealing with the Arrogant Receptionists that think they can play God with people's health ,i was given an appointment which I informed them I couldn't attend because of the time because of working away from home but that didn't matter ,I was told basically that's it or nothing .Well obviously to me unless your a regular at the (club) surgery you've no chance of seeing a doctor .Now I'll go and prop up telford hospital to get treatment then I'll be reporting albrighton medical practice to the Shropshire health authority
