The setting is nice, with a sensory room and lots of different areas with toys and a nice outside area for play. Unfortunately, it's let down by the staff who can make it seem unwelcoming. They aren't the most animated or enthusiastic people, and specifically, Sally made me and my kids feel singled out when openly telling us off for standing in the wrong place in the middle of song time. Lacking a little sensitivity and fun. It put me off coming again.

The booking system is archaic. You need to call a number after a certain day of the week and speak to someone and if your waitlisted you wait at the door in the hopes of getting in which is frustrating but also sad for kids that don't get in. They need an online booking system.

Lyn is amazing !!! Story and Rhyme was fab but sadly ended. Chatty time is the new course and is fab. Last week we did messy play and we loved it. Lyn is so supportive and is so knowledgeable. Just wish they did more like this as the structure activities are better I find

Just had my wife on the phone complaining the fact that no infprmation was given about 'limited spaces' and a ticket.. she took my young daughter and baby son and was refused entry, while my daughter wanted to go in and play with the children.. Shes heart broken now. MORE INFORMATION NEEDED TO BE GIVEN TO PARENTS! I AM VERY UPSET TO SAY THE LEAST.
