I hosted Ukrainian refugees for 18 months in my home. I spent a lot of money to help them transition to the UK and to make a traumatised boy happy. I'm very proud of what I did for them. Then they moved into an Alliance home.....heating completely inadequate and insanely expensive, mould, absolute filth in the communal areas...they've become stressed and spent all their savings trying to pay off the ridiculous energy bills and are STILL left in a mouldy flat. Alliance have done NOTHING despite repeated attempts from me and my ex guests. They've experienced the care from me, and the couldn't care less from Alliance. I repeat....refugees for goodness sake.

Work men are useless and never do jobs properly! Can’t fit a shower rail and can’t fix a leak, Leaving my home worse than is was in the first place! And on top of that Alliance homes don’t hold the workmen accountable and don’t fix the problems and just fob me off. Awful company with awful morals.

Although we (tenants) pay for rent and service charge every month, repair requests and reports of safety are often "being hold" or even "not available to review without any timeline" due to their lack of staff and budget. If we ask them about any terms or legal grounds, then they rush to terminate conversations. Very disappointing

Have a leak, I think it is still not fixed. Not just affecting me but whole block of flats. Called and emailed a few times. The problem still on going. They send out different workmen each time. And they do not communicate with each other or Alliance Homes properly. They turn up without arranging time. When the problem is outside. Where there is access to property. Over four months since raised this issue with leak. People sent out either say it is caused by different problems. Or say not sure what they have turnt up to fixed. It's stressful dealing with them. When they do not contact me to sort it out. Now have damp in kitchen due to leak. Which is spreading across wall. It won't dry out or can be treated until leak is fixed.

Staff members are rude and unpleasant, unprofessional. The flats walls are made out of paper. You can hear everything neighbors are doing. My uncle rents a flat and can hear banging on the walls all night long... The Staff Don't care about your well being they Just take the rent money and Run.

NEEDS TO PROVE CUSTOMERS SERVICE SKILLS

I have lived in my home for 15 years and for the past 5-6 years, the damp in my home has significantly increased. As a result of this, I have sued them once and won. I have complained continuously about the black mould and my walls are so ridden with this, the walls are crumbling. I have cleaned this hundreds of times but it just keeps coming back. My health has drastically declined and I am severely asthmatic and so has my sons and my daughters. They have been in to take pictures and nothing else has happened. As long as they get their money I don’t think they care.

I am now in the process of contacting my local MP about this and I am willing to take this further by going to my local paper. I have contacted the BBC and I have been contacted about them coming in to take pictures and interviews about how this has effected both myself and my family.

I will keep you updated
