I have been with the practice for around 8 years, and never had a problem getting an appointment when I need one. Dr Clayton has been the most understanding GP I've ever seen and I can't thank her enough. Nurse Sally is absolutely brilliant at her job, no tears from my son with his vaccinations! Overall I would certainly recommend this practice.

I went for my flu jab on 11th October. The surgery had a very good system in place meaning that I didn’t have to queue. I checked in and went straight into Mrs Robinson who injected me, I never felt a thing, then straight out. Well done Alpine House, very efficient

Receptionist staff had to put up with me rushing in at 6.15pm just before closing time. My nominated pharmacy Boots had given away what should have been my prescription to someone else. They sorted a fresh paper prescription for me in super quick time so i could go elsewhere.
They were calm, professional and helpful. Thank you!

I was referred to this clinic by my own GP for minor treatment and the care here front start to finish was outstanding. From arriving and being welcomed by the very busy Reception Team. Sat in the waiting area I listened to them care for other patients by taking calls and face to face and I was amazed of the level of service I was witnessing . I had a lump removed from my arm and the staff were very calming and professional whilst this was being removed, very kind team. Great practice - if only all the clinics were like you! Thank you

I’m leaving this review after my wife was given a QR code for each member of our household to share feedback. Unfortunately, my experience has been very poor. It’s extremely difficult to get an appointment — I’ve waited several weeks, even months — and I never see the same doctor or nurse twice. I often leave feeling dismissed rather than listened to. There was also a long delay in sending my medical records to an insurance company after payment. My wife once arranged an appointment for me at another surgery, and the service there made it clear just how poor the service is at ours. I no longer try to book here and plan to move to another practice.

Sally R the nurse is so kind and made my son feel relaxed and cared about after he had a severe injury to his fingers. Sally was kind when she took the stitches out and talked my son through every step of the way. He had several appointments with her for dressing changes and she was lovely at every visit.
