Really great service! It was easy to get a quote and easy to organise the loft boarding to be done.

Someone called us before they were due to come to ensure we were ready and had space cleared for them as well as to updates us on start times and rough finish times - great to know how long it’d be be.

The guys were so friendly and efficient (wish I remembered their names) and we are really happy with the results of the boarding and the new hatch and ladder (so happy I don’t need a separate ladder to get up there now!!).

Such a shame and ultimately doesn't care about the customer. I got recommended "Amazing" Lofts by someone else on the road. Great communication initially to get the survey booked in. However 2 weeks passed since the survey and I didn't receive a quote. I chased the surveyor Mark, emailed the office and left a voicemail with Morgan in the office. Mark to his credit said he would investigate, but the quote never arrived. In the end I gave up with waiting and chasing and chose a different company. The new company communicated excellently and completed the job to an exceptional standard.

Had a great experience with Amazing Lofts, recently moved into a new build that inherently never has enough storage. I knew i wanted to get some loft boarding done before i moved in. I got a quote for boarding, a hatch ladder, and some truss shelving.

After the quote, I had a date booked in only a week later, which was convenient. The fitter came on time, well mannered, and kept the place tidy as he worked. As I'm in a new build, i have solar panels so a portion of the loft had a section of flooring already in to support an eletrical box for the panels, the fitter was able to easily and nicely fit the loft boarding in and around this area to keep it cohesive and all usable space.

Overall, i got exactly what i wanted. It was quick and efficient. I knew exactly what i was paying for, and it was done within half a day. I can't really ask for more.

They finished the work in 3 days in 3 different weeks. They didn't not do a brilliant job and everything was rushed. Time wasted as my wife and baby needs to stay just downstairs as the entrance in the loft was blocking the main bedroom and baby's bedroom. The staff from the phone were ok and understanding but that didn't actually help the fact that I needed to change plans 2 times. Unfortunately I don't recommend their services.

Bit of a strange review as I haven't actually had the pleasure of using this company first hand, but I spoke to someone over messages thinking they covered by area, unfortunately they don't, but they helped me find a company that did and gave me upfront and honest advice, telling me quotes id received were expensive and what was reasonable, what the best materials and methods were, so I was informed enough to know who to go to and what questions to ask, as someone who didn't have a clue what I was doing or what was reasonable or not, I am blown away with the kindness and honesty and I'm genuinely disappointed I can't use them myself, but I thought I would share my lovely and helpful interaction with them anyway as they seem the most trustworthy and pleasant company I've spoken to. If you can use them, definitely do so!

Thanks to Elliot the surveyor, for making everything straight forward and working with the costs and quotes. Big thanks to Ricky and Robbie who worked to the highest standard under a very low roof. Completely happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend to anyone in this process.

Did a great job of my loft and super fast too, boarded half the loft, increased the hatch size, fitted the ladder, and relaid the remaining insulation, all done within three hours and to a high standard! They give you time to inspect and bring up any snags etc. but honestly I couldnt find any fault. This was exactly what I was looking for and it was 1/3rd cheaper than the quote I got from a competitor!

I highly recommend this company they are absolutely fantastic! From Elliott who initially came out to quote us to Aliya in the office. A massive shout out to the fitters Rob and Ricky they were legends. Although there was a third guy who came out to do the window and the door but I cannot recall his name. This company is fantastic and the loft looks absolutely amazing. Thank you so much Amazing lofts you really did such a great job. We will be recommending you guys to family and friends.
