The representative who contacted me gave me FALSE information. She told me that I wouldn't qualify for certain programs for my disabled child. I'm glad I called these places to double-check. She was wrong. There's no way I'm gonna pay these people to represent me if they're giving me misleading information.

The same representative reached out to me this morning, a couple of days after I made this review. Instead of just apologizing, she decided to deny what she said and asked me to delete this review. I told her, "No, I will not delete the review because it's the truth." Had she just acknowledged her mistake, instead of gaslighting me, I might've been more open to doing so. Shame on her!

There are no Words for how amazing American Advocate group is they have been the Rock for my kids all being special needs and supporting them and get them priceless help. I would never go any where else .Literally Hari , Bernice , Rachel and there rest of your entire company you guys are a little peace of heaven and I am very thankful for your continued amazing service for now 3years thank you thank you thank you !? Firstly the sales guy tried so hard to get me to sign the deal. Alert 1. Alert 2, they wouldn't put in writing money back guaranteed but proclaimed they would give money back.

6 months after I signed up with this time share exit company I called looking for this money back because I did call the time share, the time share stated they did not have representation on file. It's a big scam. Big fat scam. Calling CA complaint line today once they open to report it.
