The lift has been out of order for weeks and the temporary replacement stairlift is not of the wrap around variety.

Not very accessible if you live upstairs and are in a wheelchair.

My mother is a vunural person being constantly targeted by another male who resides within the same building I’ve raised this issue twice with people who work within the accommodation yet nothings been done about it …….. the emoitional and financial abuse continues months later I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation to anyone
