From initial contact to the final collection of my large collection of books the service has been excellent. E mail queries have been promptly and clearly responded to, guidance on packing and labelling was given and the booking process was simple to arrange. The van driver who collected the books arrived on time and was polite, helpful and professional. I can highly recommend this service. I just hope my many cherished books which I needed to donate due to downsizing find good homes and as few as possible are pulped.

Really positive experience. From booking the collection, to pick up, it was a nice and easy. And our driver Kevin was very friendly and chatty. He even remembered he’d done a collection for us before. Will definitely be using again

What a fantastic service, we got an email the night before as per the email and then you can track your driver for a more accurate time, which was great. We had a large amount of boxes of kitchen equipment which was collected with no problem. Thank you for such a great service and hopefully will also help someone in need.

An excellent service. Moving house throws up so much stuff for charity and it’s hard to get it all to the local charity shops.Parking is always an issue. Anglo was easy to arrange, took everything away for me, provided notifications regarding collection which were accurate and very useful. The collector was very polite. I liked being able to choose a charity to support. Overall, very, very happy, would use again. Highly recommend.

This was our first time using Anglo and we are very impressed. We had an extremely large amount of bin bags of clothes - the number being 40 - as well as 3 boxes of other items. Jake the driver was really friendly - a credit to the company. We helped him with the bags to the van (he didnt ask us to help at all) due to the enormous amount of bags - we are fit and able to, so it all worked out. He had a nice chat with us whilst still doing his job. The live updates of how far away he was from collecting, were so helpful - especially as the items weren't collected from our own property, but from my late mother's house. We will definitely be using Anglo again for ourselves. We chose them based on their charity work and reliability. 10/10! Thank you to everyone at the company and the drivers. And an extra big thanks to Jake.

Great way to offload unwanted items without the hassle of loading them up in the car to take to the charity shop. I got an email the previous evening giving me a 2 hour window when the collection would take place. Collection happened as expected. No knock on the door needed, boxes just disappeared & I got an email confirmation they'd been collected. Easy to arrange. Clear instructions on how to box/bag up items. Nice to know my items will be helping a charity. Highly recommend
