I support them with regular donations because what they do is important however they have some really poor staff in some of the departments, particularly unhelpful customer service for the goods they sell online. Skip the shop, choose monetary donations as it’s just not worth the hassle they put you through.

Undoubtedly this is one of the best charity shops the staff are amazing and if any charity deserves to do well it is definitely this one.
I visit as often as I can and will be walking up Snowdon for animal free research in June (wish me luck)
