Excellent, friendly, welcoming and always polite. Saw other review which is a load of rubbish. Charity shops helping animals don't need bad reviews from condescending people that want to dump their rubbish. They should take their attitude and rubbish to the tip.

me and my mum did not feel welcome here, they complained about us donating our things and also looked at it like it was dirt told us to go straight to the tip, quite passive aggressive and rude. we had a variety of things nothing was up to their standard. i would not donate to here again, i have had better and much more pleasant experiences at the beehive, the spectrum.

I love this charity shop. I have donated to it and bought from it. Visit once a week. Some items don't have prices on which is a put off for me as each staff price it differently. Love the pet stuff and bought my little rescue a lick mat for £1. She loves it. Keep up the great job you are all doing.

I have donated to this charity for many years but sadly I had a bad experience today with an assistant in the charity shop. She was very rude and obviously didn’t really want my donations, which were all good quality items. I had taken goods in last week which were well received, so I am quite upset by the experience. I will not be donating again.

Staff always welcoming and friendly. A small shop doing its best to raise money for their cause. They are also helping many people to get affordable items ,With out being greedy prices. Clean, tidy and staff go out of there way to look in stockroom if someone asks for an item they can't see. Doing a good job for the local community. 👌

I lost my husband in August last year. I needed someone to give me a reason for getting up. My daughter brought me to see a dog you had on your website. I met a Lurcher called Harry who looked so fed up. No way was he going to move his tail which was tucked well under. He was very nervous and seemed to have given up. He just wanted to stay quietly in his kennel. I felt so sorry for him but I thought we might need each other. He came home with me in November. He is now Milo. It took quite a while to gain his confidence he never barked for the first couple of months in fact no one knew I had a dog he was so quiet but gradually he began to trust me. He is now my constant companion and likes nothing better than to sit near me having a cuddle. I needed him as much as he needed me. Thank you so much because without you I would never have got my beautiful Milo. I love him dearly and I know he loves me.

This place is an absolute gem. There's a brilliant amount of pet products that cost next to nothing, as well as your normal charity shop bargains. Really really cheap place and well worth a visit.
