Zero stars if I can. Inconsistent, incompetent handling of children and family safeguarding service. It's a sad reality that we live in an area of poor or inexistent children and family services. All lip service trying to tick boxes as they seem to appear from the outside but can't be bothered to really look into individual case with empathy, consistence and competence! Appalling!!!
