I felt the two day MHFA course was incredibly interesting and I learned so much in an enjoyable and easy to follow way. Fabiola was so open and honest which made our group feel we could be as well. She clearly draws on her own experience and it shows how much passion she has when delivering this course. I would highly recommend this course, taken by Fabiola to all.

Fabi is a fantastic tutor made the course very easy to understand and a lot of the subjects were very hard but fabi was brilliant approaching such tough topics. I feel I have learnt so much over the last 2 days.

I had the opportunity to be part of a Mental Health Awareness workshop and it was a tremendously amazing opportunity to learn more of several areas of mental health, the workshop was highly interactive and participants were able to share experiences, raise questions and make comments making it more personalised and raising high levels of engagement among members

I would like to recommend "Apoyo course " to anyone who is interested in enhancing their knowledge on mental health either to help others or themselves. Throughout this course I learnt about the presentation of a lot of different mental health conditions and how to best respond to people presenting signs of it. It also enhanced my self awareness on how to improve in order to become a better mental health first aider. The course was explained very well in a clear and fit to purpose manner and fabiola make sure to give plenty of example as well as checking that we were all understanding the subjects. Through this course I gain the knowledge and confidence to get involved in the volunteering sector providing emotional support and it also helped me to better respond to family members suffering from anxiety.
