Absolutely diabolical. Was in A&E for self harming and suicidal ideation when I’ve had previous attempts and literally got told that I would be fine and that I should move camhs teams because I’m originally from aberdeen literally told her no and left the call. Not any help whatsoever and would never talk to them again. I don’t even know her name but whoever she is she shouldn’t be doing her job. Also just got told I was tired & hungry. Like so that doesn’t make my crisis any less.

Disgraceful. I heard from friends and family they didn’t care and it was pointless calling them but can now say from experience they are awful. I’m disgusted. I called weeks ago about advice for my son who was diagnosed with Autism last year. Still nothing. They were cold and strange when my son had his assessment and made it clear I was on my own now unless really needed. Less than a year later I felt I really needed some advice still nothing. I won’t be contacting again

They have neglected my daughter in need. She was attending sessions once a week for nearly a year and then suddenly this April they stopped seeing her. They been explaining themselves that they are overwhelmed with new cases and will be in touch soon. Unfortunately no one has got in touch to this day! I have contacted counselor at my GP and he has written letter to them to resume my daughter's sessions. I know not every case is equal, there are more severe and less severe but that doesn't mean you can neglect a child in need...

I was told that everything I have been throw is just low mood I've been going throw this for most my life and within like 5 minutes of knowing me he said its just low mood I felt so un validated to the point I feel I need to validated my mental pain with physical I shouldn't feel like that after leaving a place that's meant to do the opposite I was also asked about my sa but he asked it by saying something along the lines of how do you feel about the disagreement with your friend ar new years i was sa'd not haveing an argument. I felt like a 2 yo trying to tell him unicorns are real these emotions aren't some made up animal its real i know what I'm talking about its been my whole life for along time and having someone talk to me like I was was being dramatic makes me feel worse than when I went in.

They don't care about you and they use a structure for everyone and it is the same for everyone and not everyone is the same
