We have had our rear garden landscaped twice and both times it was done nothing like what we wanted and we got ripped off. We were determined to get the job done right once and for all. After researching local landscapers on Google, we came across a new company 'ARC Joinery and Landscaping'. We contacted them and asked them to come and give us a Quote, which they did within 24 hours. We explained all the problems we were having and did they think they could finally solve them for us. Well YES they did. Everything we wanted and more, Including a few suggestions from themselves, have produced EXACTLY what we had visioned, needed and wanted. Finally all our problems with the rear garden have gone away. The team Caleb, Keaton and the other guys were some of the best workers I have ever come across. They were Professional, Extremely Hard Working, Punctual and kept us informed at every stage about the work they were doing. We could go on, but suffice to say, we have other work that needs doing in the future and we would only trust ARC to get the job done to the highest standards that we require. If you need any work doing, We cannot recommend ARC Highly enough 5* doesn't do them justice, these guys are worth 10* at least. We just wish they had been available earlier, we could have saved thousands.

We really cannot fault the work we got done by Arc Joinery & Landscaping. Caleb, Keaton and the team were brilliant. Caleb turned up when he said he would and gave us a very detailed quote. He explained the whole process, and we got a really good feeling about Arc. Then the work started…and we were amazed. We have a back garden that can’t be accessed with machinery, so everything had to be ripped out and moved by hand. The amount of stuff they got removed on day one was incredible. Two weeks later, the job is finished, and it’s everything we imagined and more. We even stuck a couple of additional jobs we wanted in there, nothing was a problem for them. The finished job is brilliant, and Caleb was constantly in touch making sure we were happy. We 100% would recommend Arc to anyone who’s thinking of getting any landscaping done. Hard working, tidy, friendly, reliable, decent people. You really can’t ask for more. We have another big job coming up soon and we won’t even be getting quotes from anyone else. We’ll be going straight to Arc. Thanks to all of the team, we’re over the moon with the work you’ve done. 10 out of 5 stars!

From start to finish, it has been a breeze and joy having Arc Joinery and Landscaping to overhaul our back garden. From the first contact we had, they were very professional and knowledgeable, offering ideas and solutions to our problems. A visit a few days prior to commencement, to confirm the plan and the building materials to be used during the work was excellent customer service.

Arc began the work, exactly when planned, which with the British weather, we weren’t really expecting, but very pleased.

The attention to detail during the whole process was excellent. During the build, plans changed and Arc were more than happy to accommodate these. Even though the changes meant they overran slightly on the estimated time scale for completing the work. However, never did we feel that the standard of work was compromised for speed.

A detailed payment plan was provided and no monies were due until day 1 of the project and the final payment was not due until all work had been completed and we had time to review the work properly and were happy with everything.

We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Arc and we highly recommend them. We will be using them again in the future without hesitation, when we undertake other projects around the house.

Caleb and Keaton were extremely professional, hard working and polite and did exactly what we had asked for. Very respectful of our property and cleared away all waste material at the end of the job leaving everything tidy.
