Not only did they offer a cost-effective solution, but the customer service throughout has been excellent. We have worked closely with Arena for a number of years. We initially used their mStore solution for document management and were so impressed with their professionalism and knowledge that when it was time to look at updating our scan and print solution they were the obvious choice.

The removal of old equipment and installation and configuration of the new was handled very smoothly with sensible time-frames agreed beforehand and Arena staff checking at every stage to ensure that the project was moving to plan.

As a contrast after using other managed print companies, Arena started by pointing out what we didn't need to purchase as they identified functions of our previous system that could be covered by the PaperCut solution they were implementing at no extra cost.

It is fantastic software which has enabled us to go fully paperless and become much more efficient. Over the years I have used Arena. Engineers have been on site that have now gone to second line support and even a director.

Avoid at all costs. We were a loyal customer for many years and discovered we were being charged through the nose, even paying a lease we were told had been settled. Put our issues to them and they just came back with another quote that was a total rip off disguising hidden costs. In the end we ordered new copiers from another company, breath of fresh air. Arena are now going through the T&C's stinging us for every last penny they can. You would think they would drop the service contract after acknowledging they have been billing us for a non existent machine since 2014!
